What distinguishes the cooperation with Vertec?

Working with Vertec is characterized by direct, open and honest communication. Our project leader in particular gives us direct feedback on what we should not implement, or he has a completely different idea on how we could do much better – which we would not have thought of ourselves.

How has Vertec made your day-to-day work easier?

We have much faster processes, our processes are much faster. Especially when it comes to billing, we have become much faster. As a result, we have even been able to restructure the position a bit, so that other issues can be taken care of on the side. That is exactly what helped a lot.

Is there anything that excites you about Vertec?

Yes, I am a very structure-loving person, and I really like this navigation tree, because it makes it super easy to find your way around – where you are, which object you are from, and you can quickly find the links between each other. I really like that.

In which areas does Vertec support you the most?

This is, in fact, particularly relevant at the extension between two areas: sales and order management, the handing over of orders and the written quotes. Previously, we operated two systems, and the data always had to be entered manually. This has now made cooperation between the two areas much easier.

What is the most powerful feature for you?

For us, the Outlook interface is very relevant, we use it a lot. And in general, it is the adaptation that we can design individually – that is, the customizing.

Which features are most used in your company?

We use the Outlook App a lot to document communication and correspondence, and we also work a lot with report templates. We create reports or even new templates every day. These are the main points that we use the most.
