In order to secure the expanding consulting business, it needed efficient service entry.
Service entry alone is not a guarantee of the future: All processes need to be optimised! So they were looking for a solution that also covers project management, charging, address management, customer relationship management, offers and correspondence, and is compatible with various accounting systems. In addition, project planning and project evaluation must be simple – and the software should guarantee a rapid entering of productivity and profitability.
