Restoring a database does not work
Recovering a database is not possible even though active users are no longer visible.

Problem
If a database cannot be restored/overwritten because the database is in use, although no active users are visible, then the Vertec service may still be running.
Remedy
Stop the Vertec service. Then you can restore/overwrite the database. Then restart the Vertec service.
