This application is an Additional Feature. The corresponding config set can be found here.
To edit and access the folder, the users must be assigned to the Folder access sales user group.
Application
This additional feature creates the root folder sale with the following subfolders:
Search for offers |
Sql folder for filtering offers Offers to the following criteria:  |

Sql folder with a list of all offers offering Status |

Sql folder with a list of all offers offering Status |

ForecastNote: This folder is no longer created. In existing installations, it can be deleted manually if necessary. Contains all project phases with Status offered, accepted, or completed with end date in the specified interval. Represent the expected average turnover over the period. |
Probability
In addition to the root folder sale, the config set displays a field on the project phases in which the probability can be entered:
- If the status changes to
ErteiltorAbgeschlossen, the probability is automatically set to100. - If the status changes to
Abgelehnt, the probability is automatically set to0.
In the Offered Phases folder, the project budget phases display weighted accordingly.
Since this only makes sense on phases with status offer, the config set sets the system setting Status for new project phasesAngebot. If you do not want to use this, you can reset the system settings manually.
Requirements and Download
- The Budget & Phases module must be licensed.
