User rights for CommsChannel, Postal Addresses and Address Layouts
User rights of type “Create” can only be checked at the class level and are therefore not covered in OCL expressions (see point 2 in Expression on user rights).
There is an exception for address entries, so that it can be controlled via OCL expression whether the user creates new communication channels and postal addresses and attaches them to the address. The user rights can be controlled as follows:
The actual Create permission for Address, AddressLayout, and CommsChannel is approved by everyone by default. Whether the individual user can actually create them depends on the member rights mentioned above.
In order for address entries to be controlled via user rights whether the user is allowed to create new postal addresses and attach them to the address entry, the corresponding link member is checked.
These two user rights allow non-address administrators to create new addresses on addresses:

With a further user right Allow All on the class Address, the individual members can then be further described.
The processing of address information can be controlled via user rights on the corresponding attributes.
The select of address layout templates and the editing of the layout can be controlled separately via the user rights. The user rights for this are linked to the member Adresslayout.adresslayout.
For example, if you do not want address administrators to be able to select a different address pattern or change the layout information themselves, you can revoke the write permission on this member.

The Anrede and Briefanrede fields are also part of the address layout templates.
