  Whoever has the choice is in agony: enomyc looked at a total of 68 CRM and ERP systems. In the end, the consulting firm decided on Vertec. The new enterprise software had to meet around 50 criteria. Eight systems from different vendors were shortlisted and presented their software. After three workshops, it was clear that Vertec meets the requirements best.

At enomyc, Vertec replaced several standalone systems and now supports the entire project lifecycle. Projects are created, budgeted and staffed through resource planning in Vertec. Consultants and freelancers record their services directly in the system. Billing data is transferred directly to DATEV accounting software via an interface. Absences are requested and approved digitally, with the information immediately available for resource planning.

Thanks to individual customisation, Vertec has evolved alongside enomyc over the years. For example, master data from Vertec is synchronised with other systems overnight, ensuring consistent data across all systems.

Vertec data also forms the basis for internal controlling, including analyses of project performance and resource utilisation.

enomyc now also uses Vertec's open architecture for AI applications. Reference texts for presentations are automatically generated based on project data and exported directly to PowerPoint. Through a direct connection to an AI assistant, employees can query project and planning data using natural language, without having to create reports themselves.
