What was most convincing about Vertec at enomyc? “It was crucial for us that we did not have to change our internal processes. Vertec was simply adapted to our processes,” explains Sebastian van Hunen, Commercial Director at enomyc. Individual customization and a high degree of flexibility convinced him of Vertec.
This also includes the use of the extension to DATEV. In this way, invoice data for all customers generated in Vertec can be easily transferred directly to the accounting software. Vertec replaced several independent systems at enomyc, enabling all employees to have consistent access to the relevant data.
Customer projects can be marked as reference in Vertec. For this purpose, a special field has been created for enomyc in Vertec and configured according to specific settings. Now all reference customers can be output as a list and evaluated. The holiday planning of all employees has been completely digitalized by the implementation of Vertec at enomyc. Absences are stored in the system and released. An analog printout in paper form is no longer necessary.
