It was clear that comprehensive service entry was essential. They were looking for a software that would ensure the management of the projects and the detailed entering of all services and costs (within the scope of the German expense system). Also via the Internet or iPhone, since most of the cases are carried out at the customer’s premises. This ensures the transparency required by the customer and by the Management Team at all times.
