Why were you looking for a business software?

Our old solution was no longer up to date, and we had to buy something that would make us fit for the future again. Vertec was one of the candidates.

What makes Vertec different from other solutions?

Vertec is very flexible, and we have seen that with Vertec we can reflect a specificity of our industry. This means that we no longer have to use additional software.

In which areas has Vertec changed your daily work?

This applies in particular to the time tracking, both at work and mobile, and to invoicing. Today, we are able to set up invoicing on a much broader basis and are no longer limited to heads of departments who can issue invoices.

Vertec is very customizable. What should you look out for?

When designing, care should be taken to include all Role – from management to administration to accounting – so that everyone is involved and can contribute their opinion and input.

What distinguishes the cooperation with Vertec?

Demands are made, recommendations are made, and if we say that we want to do so, then we put it into practice. So we are very satisfied.

Can you identify a quantifiable benefit from using Vertec?

We cannot say anything about this at the moment. We have now been in operation for a year, and the full annual cycle has not yet been completed. However, we are pleased that there will be an increase in efficiency.

Was there a wow moment in dealing with Vertec?

It is still missing, that is true. But I hope that next year will come when we have worked through a whole year and when things become much easier as soon as they become part of the daily routine.
