When Ubber Labour & Law Partnerschaft mbB (Ubber Labour & Law for short) was founded in May 2025, one thing was immediately clear: Everything should be modern, digital and efficient right from the start. The labour law boutique, with around ten lawyers at two locations in Germany, advises large and medium-sized companies on all issues of labour law – with a particular focus on collective rate and industrial dispute law, restructuring and issues relating to works constitution law.
