You can see it very well in the adaptability of the tool and, above all, in the flexibility it offers. I have not yet discovered this in other tools. In addition, the tool seems very fresh and dynamic. This helped us already in the evaluation to see that we would be on the road with a modern tool.
First of all, there is the implementation, which went absolutely smoothly – whether it was the migration of our data or the adjustments and needs that we had. You were able to cover these flawlessly and very quickly. I also found the Vertec website great, already during the evaluation I saw that it is modern and could give us many answers to our questions. That convinced us very much. I can warmly recommend both companies.
Yes, of course strongly. It all started with the recording of services and hours, which we do every day – it is very simple and fast. Invoicing has also become significantly easier for us, much faster and faster. And what is also very central to us is project controlling: Vertec has enabled us to evaluate a really good tool.
Yes, there are many things. But I have already said the essence: flexibility and adaptability. That is truly unique. If you have a wish, you can call and it sometimes only takes a couple seconds for the wish to be completed. That is really something that I think is great.
Yes, this has happened before, for example with the target working hours. But I also had to look for a specific field name once – and I found it. I can really retrieve certain questions, or how the tool works, from the Knowledge Base. So I’d used it a few times.
There are actually two points: the first is invoicing. We now make all invoices from Vertec, at the push of a button. Once we have entered the root data neatly, it is really only a push of a button, and we need perhaps a third of the time we used to do so. This is an essential point in which Vertec has helped us a great deal. And then, of course, project controlling, which is a key point for us: We can implement all our requirements for controlling, for example, how the result of a project develops. We can evaluate this at any time and draw appropriate conclusions from it.
The most powerful feature for me is flexibility. The ability to adapt to new things is enormous. I have not seen this with any other tool before.
The biggest benefit is that I now have a tool that can be understood very quickly by all employees. We have been using it for a year and a half now, and I hardly dare to say this, but I can put it this way – I have only received positive feedback. This shows me that we are on the right track, with the right tool and the right companies.
Actually, the whole solution. I really don’t want anything else. It covers our needs, which we were able to build together with Vertec and Spektra. I don’t want to change anything about that.
