How this feature creates benefits

With the function "BI turnover forecast from resource planning", you get a powerful tool for controlling your projects.

You can see how realistic your Resource Planning is in terms of achievable revenue. The Planning Difference measure shows you immediately where actual performance deviates from the plan. This allows you to identify plan deviations at an early stage. Thanks to the revenue forecast, you can estimate the expected revenue with current plans and budgets – including hourly rates per employee. This helps you to secure strategic decisions and take timely countermeasures.

How it works

This feature provides you with two relevant BI KPIs: Planning difference and turnover forecast from the Vertec module resource planning. The prerequisite for this is that you have licensed both the Vertec modules "Business Intelligence" and “Resource Planning”.

  • Scheduling Difference calculates the difference between planned hours and actually recorded services, giving you instant feedback on plan quality.
  • Sales forecast based on current budgets, start and end times of project phases and employee hourly rates

Once imported, the new BI KPIs automatically appear in pre-defined BI views which you can visualize and analyze.
