The time required for a Vertec implementation cannot be defined in fixed price terms. However, there are a few factors that have a big impact on this.
From experience, we know that the time required for an implementation project on the customer side is 1 to 1.4 times that required by a Vertec project manager for implementation.
Vertec follows the so-called “best of breed” approach. This means that the best solutions are used for separate task areas and are integrated with each other. For example, Vertec does not offer a complete DMS, but instead offers interface extensions to established document management systems such as SharePoint or iManage. This philosophy has served as Vertec’s guiding principle for many years when it comes to connecting with peripheral systems. Numerous standard interfaces are provided and maintained by Vertec. Using so-called web services, you can also create your own integrations with surrounding systems.
Vertec offers extensive customization options, which are highly appreciated by our customers. These customization options are designed in such a way that the updateability of the software is maintained. Your individual customizations are retained even during updates, regardless of whether you use Vertec as a Cloud Suite or operate on-oremise yourself.
Customizing the user interface is the entry point into the customization options.
