The boutique BLOMSTEIN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, founded in April 2016, is a spin-off of the Berlin office of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. In this modern and flexible environment, the software programs used internally must be able to keep pace and adapt quickly to new requirements and circumstances.

Classical Lawyer Software does not fit exactly to the requirements and usually prescribes the processes too rigid. Especially in the case of spin-offs, where processes still develop and change over a certain period of time, a law firm software must offer a high degree of flexibility.

All services are clearly visible on the cases and can be invoiced either manually or automatically. Here, too, automation and individual overviews offer great convenience. “Services do not have to be entered twice. This greatly reduces the error rate and increases the speed of invoicing,” says Schammer.
