How it works
Purpose of FAR interfaces
Vertec serves as a central platform for project management, time tracking and invoicing. The FAR interfaces seamlessly transfer invoices and accounting information generated in Vertec to financial accounting, reducing media disruptions and ensuring data consistency.
Supported systems
The interfaces cover a variety of common financial accounting systems, including Abacus, Sage, SAP, DATEV (Germany) and other systems that can handle XML, CSV or specific import formats. Depending on the relevant FAR system, both accounts receivable and accounts payable can be exported.
Procedure
- Invoices are created and approved in Vertec
- Relevant booking information (debtors, VAT, amounts, accounts) are prepared for export
- Export is carried out in the format suitable for the respective FAR system
- Data can be imported and booked directly in the FAR system
