This application is an Additional Feature. The corresponding config set can be found here.
To edit and access the folder, the users must be assigned to the Folder access HR user group.
Application
This additional feature creates the root folder HR with the following subfolders:
| Editor search | Sql folder for searching for users.  |
| user Language skills | Keyword Folder folder containing a categorization of project users by language skills. The languages can be customized individually. |
| Addresses of employees | Sql folder that shows the addresses of all active users in Vertec. The list can be filtered by team leader or by checkbox only active users. Use of the fields  |

Effective dateSql folder that displays showing employment levels for all active users, as well as editor balances for a selectable cut-off effective date. |

Employee absencesSql folder that shows all absences of employees that have an overlap with the selected period.  |
