From our point of view, Vertec is simply extremely flexible and can be adapted very well to our processes and needs.

What distinguishes the cooperation with Vertec?

The support is really excellent. This means that if we have a question, someone gets back to us immediately. Answer comes back in no time. The ability to communicate with each other via the Forum and get information from Vertec is just perfect for us if there is a problem somewhere or we want to continuous improvement.

How has Vertec made your day-to-day work easier?

We were able to map a very consistent processprocess from the submission of quotations to the time tracking of projects, the recording of services to accounting. For me as managing director, it is particularly important that we are able to implement the appropriate evaluations in controlling.

Where does Vertec create the greatest benefit?

For us, the most important features are the quotation, then the project creation, the time tracking on the projects and, as a result, the accounting. This end-to-end process is simply very important to us.

Is there anything that excites you about Vertec?

The first point is simply the adaptability of Vertec. This gives you flexibility. Secondly, the collaboration with Vertec support and project leaders. Especially at the beginning of the project, this was extremely good. I would recommend Vertec to others.

What custom features have you implemented in Vertec?

For the public sector in Austria there is an e-invoice, an Accounting Act. Base on this, we have implemented an export from the invoices that supports exactly this format and these possibilities of e-invoicing.
