Until 2019, bachert&partner used a classic tool landscape: Excel, specialized applications and individual solutions, which have grown along with many years of experience.
Each system provided valuable services – but together they did not form an integrated whole. Data was distributed, processes ran side by side, and there was no centralized structure that efficiently linked all processes.
The motto was more than a new software: bachert&partner wanted to connect processes and create a clear, expandable system for future developments.

Everyday life quickly showed how much the way they work with Vertec has improved. The phone app in particular made their day-to-day work easier for the consultants: Services and outlays can be entered quickly and easily on the go – immediately after the customer appointment, without detours and without additional rework in the office. At the same time, today’s data can be updated on a daily basis, which are needed for evaluations, reports or as a basis for decision-making.
What we particularly appreciate at bachert&partner is that when adjustments are required at short notice or minor changes have to be implemented, Vertec Support reacts quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. This provides security – especially in the dynamic day-to-day consulting environment.
