Activity types for AI Export

The specific activity type must be specified here. Then only these will be considered by the AI Chatbot.

Only activities that have at least one project or address assigned are exported. Activities with an assigned invoice are ignored.

The type is specified as a string and is separated by a comma if there is more than one type.

Example:
Creditor, invoice, quote, sales
The field remains blank by default and then all activity types are considered.

PropertyName: ActivityTypesForAiExport.

Assistant Persona

The persona of the Chatbot can also be defined here. In Squirro, a persona is already stored in the background. However, it is possible to pass more specific information to the Chatbot in this field in order to narrow the context more precisely.

For example, the following points can be specified:

• Purpose of the company, such as business areas and operational service types
• Main interpretations that should always apply regardless of the prompt
• Use of metadata on activities, invoices, projects and addresses
• Settings for communication or the form of answers according to tonality, precision, language, reference to sources, etc.

PropertyName: AssistantPersona.

Enable chat

With this option, the AI Chatbot icon can be shown and hidden in the navigation area above the tree structure.

PropertyName: IsChatActivated. . Default setting: Yes.

Export emails

In this option, between No, Without attachments and With attachments can be selected. This allows you to specify whether emails should be included in replies, if so, whether with or without attachments. By
default, this setting is set to With attachments. In addition, attachments in PDF or docx format are considered.

PropertyName: ExportEmailMode. SelectionProperty. Default setting: With attachment.

Exporting invoices

If this option is activated, the invoice data will be transmitted to Squirro for indexing. See also the KB article AI Chatbot in action.

PropertyName: ExportInvoices. Default setting: Yes.

Export metadata from addresses and projects

This option defines whether addresses and projects should be exported. See also the KB article.

PropertyName: ExportAddressAndProjectMetadata. Default setting: Yes.

LLM API Key

When integrating an LLM provider, you need a unique code for authentication.

PropertyName: LlmApiKey.

LLM Base URL

The main address of the AI service is entered here.

PropertyName: LlmBaseUrl.

LLM Name

The model version of the language model is entered here.

PropertyName: LlmName.

LLM Providers

Enter the LLM provider here. Currently, OpenAI works best. The language model can be hosted either directly by OpenAI or via Infomaniak. Other possible LLM providers are still being evaluated.

More specific information can be described here on how the AI Chatbot should respond to prompts.

Squirro Cluster URL

Will be set up for you together with a project leader.

PropertyName: SquirroClusterUrl.

Squirro Project ID

Will be set up for you together with a project leader.

PropertyName: SquirroProjectId. Stringproperty.

Squirro Refresh Token

Will be set up for you together with a project leader.

Squirro Tenant ID

Will be set up for you together with a project leader.

Use SharePoint

Squirro can be configured to also index data from SharePoint. If this option is activated, this data can also be considered. Which data source is used can be specified in the Chatbot (see Navigating the Chatbot section).
