The team combines technological expertise with a deep understanding of processes and develops modern business apps, cloud solutions and digital assistants for future-proof companies.
But with its own growth, CLC suddenly faced exactly the same challenge that many of its customers know all too well – mastering the next step of growth.
Over the years, central business processes had evolved organically. Time tracking, Resource Planning, project controlling and invoicing were based on extensive Excel structures – supplemented by complex macros and individual logics.
What worked for a long time became increasingly risky.
Different data sets between projects, controlling and Management Team also made decision-making more difficult.
Transparent about utilization, contribution margins or forecasts could only be achieved with considerable manual hours.
