Root folder is now called CRM only, sample industries added on accounts.
This application is an additional feature. You can find the corresponding config set here.
Application
This additional feature creates the CRM root folder with the following subfolders:
Address search |
SQL folder for searching for addresses.  |
Accounts |

SearchSQL folder that searches for addresses of type Account. |

IndustryKeyword folder for accounts with exclusive function. Accounts can be assigned to one of the industries. The industries can be customized or expanded. For more information, see keyword folder. |

Account typeKeyword folder for accounts. Accounts can be assigned to the address types Lead, Customer, Supplier and Others. |

Contacts |
|
Contact searchSQL folder that searches for addresses of type Contact. |
|
Contacts by categoryKeyword folder for contacts. Contacts can be assigned to Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 keywords. |

Persons |
|
Persons searchSQL folder that searches for addresses of type Person. |
|
Persons by categoryKeyword folder for persons. Persons can be assigned to Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 keywords. |

Mailing list |
Keyword folder for contacts. Contacts can be assigned to the keywords Newsletter and Christmas card. |

SQL folder for searching for activities with the contact type email according to the following criteria: Email:

Controlling |
|
Addresses without update since key date SQL folder that shows all addresses that have not changed since the key date. The criterion here is the Changed on date indicated on the Further information page of the address. The key date is set to January 1, three years ago. |

Customers without activities since key date: SQL folder that shows all customers – that is, addresses that are saved as a customer in a project – for which no address activity or project activity entered was recorded since the key date. The key date is the first of the last month. |

Before importing the config set, we recommend you read the article Key information about the additional features. Please note that config sets change data in Vertec, which may result in existing data being overwritten.
