Your Role
As Manager International Partner Development, you will be responsible for the strategic development and sustainable development of our European partner ecosystem. You will identify attractive sub-markets, win suitable sales partners and develop them into long-term successful partners. You will combine entrepreneurial judgment with cooperative collaboration – both internally and externally. You will work closely with Management Team, product development, sales and support. You make independent decisions, but never detached from the team, our long-term strategy and our core values.
Your impact at Vertec
In order to develop a promising implementation concept, you analyse the customer’s existing business processes.
In doing so, you do not simply implement requirements, but advise on which solutions are the right ones.
You implement Vertec in companies and implement individual technical configurations so that customers benefit from a “business software made for them”.
For example, you develop scripts and automations, create templates in Microsoft Office and customize individual user interfaces.
In order for our customers to use Vertec effectively, you provide training on our software and report frequently occurring requirements to product management.

Results we expect from you
You are technically affinity and can understand business processes and procedures well. You have (at least basic) knowledge of Python.
You enjoy developing concepts and implementing them technically. You are also happy to carry out on-location appointments at the customer’s premises in the DACH region (travel activity approx. 30%, typically daily assignments).
Through your entrepreneurial mindset, you respond to the needs of customers and their industries and develop solutions that really help them move forward.
Your confident appearance and communication skills will help you to present your solutions convincingly to the customer.
Ideally, you already have knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL and Microsoft Office Automation (Word, Excel, Access). If you already have experience in the implementation and customization of CRM & ERP software, this is an advantage, but not a must.
