For the targeted expansion of our partner network in Europe outside DACH, we are looking for an experienced personality with strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking and high integrity.

Your Role

As Manager International Partner Development, you will be responsible for the strategic development and sustainable development of our European partner ecosystem. You will identify attractive sub-markets, win suitable sales partners and develop them into long-term successful partners. You will combine entrepreneurial judgment with cooperative collaboration – both internally and externally. You will work closely with Management Team, product development, sales and support. You make independent decisions, but never detached from the team, our long-term strategy and our core values.

You will tap into selected European markets outside DACH.

You systematically develop partners for sustainable market success.

You ensure that new partners fit professionally, entrepreneurially and culturally with Vertec.

You lay the foundation for our international growth – with a sense of proportion.

Our goal: Within a few years, we want to generate a significant (double-digit percentage) percentage of our license revenues in new markets.

Your Assets

Must have criteria

Several years of experience in setting up or development of software or ERP distribution partners.

Proven success in international market expansion.

Experience in contract negotiations at management level.

Entrepreneurial understanding of B2B software business models.

Ability to realistically assess both “ready” and “developable” partners.

High integrity and reliability.

Cooperative way of working and team orientation.

Very good knowledge of German and English.

Willingness to travel within Europe.

Nice to have criteria

Experience in the ERP or Professional Services environment.

Experience with SaaS partner models.

Experience in organizational or partner development.

Network in the European software or consulting market.

Other European language skills.
