What makes Vertec different from other business software solutions?

We loved the product immediately, but especially the customization options. We were looking for a software that was suitable for lawyers and tax consultants, but we also wanted to take into account a couple peculiarities. This was definitely possible and was used immediately after the implementation. Over the years, we were able to add new features and new reports to our database, and that was very enjoyable.

What distinguishes the cooperation with Vertec?

With Vertec as a company, I would say: very pleasant contact with the support, always an open ear, always a suggestion for ideas that we have – requests, sometimes special requests. We always get a suggestion as feedback to what we can or cannot implement. But it is very pleasant. And I would describe working with Vertec as a program as support for all employees – from the users who only do time tracking, to the project leaders, to the Management Team for the evaluations. So Vertec is definitely seen as a support.

How has Vertec made your day-to-day work easier?

I believe that Vertec has created transparency for us. What the Management Team previously simply knew, now Vertec can report. The figures are there and simply reflect reality, and that fits.

Is there anything that excites you about Vertec?

There are a lot of things that excite me about Vertec: it’s easy to use, it’s reliable, and it’s always evolving. So you always have the opportunity to expand it, and that’s fun.

In which areas does Vertec support you the most?

I think the most tangible thing is in project controlling – that the project leaders have numbers over and over again in the course of the project that confirm their feelings.

Which features are most used in your company?

Basically, of course, time tracking, invoicing and evaluations. We don’t use it for Resource Planning and some other modules – we keep looking at that. It’s always a question, but for various reasons we haven’t decided on it yet. That’s why invoicing and evaluation are definitely the most important for us.

What have you always wanted to tell us?

We have never regretted it, we are happy to recommend it to others, and that is definitely fun. And we feel that it is future proof – because Vertec always brings new ideas. When we have time, we check out the website or the customer forum. It also gives us a glimpse of what the collaboration with Vertec could look like in the next few years. And it is very reassuring to know that the Vertec team is thinking about what to do next.
