What makes Vertec different from other business software solutions?

We really decided on Vertec after looking at several other providers, of course. What really overwhelmed us at Vertec in the end was the simplicity. It has to be self-explanatory. People can intuitively press the right button. That sounds very little now, but it is essential in a company, because you don’t want to have a huge amount of training. And you have people from all kinds of backgrounds that we need, and it has to be very easy for everyone to do it. We certainly found that at Vertec.

What distinguishes the cooperation with Vertec?

Of course, I have to agree with the head of IT in this respect that the cooperation works really well. We may have also done a special thing, that they implemented a lot of customizing things together with Vertec. That was certainly not easy, but they have a hot line with Vertec and we use that actively and are of course glad that we can quickly repair any bugs that appear again and again and again very quickly.

Where does Vertec create the greatest benefit?

Clearly, we have a daily application for Vertec with Billables, so every minute, every hour that we create. Vertec is a tool that we have always been open. That means we have to enter services our services 1:1 and we can also call them up again and again 1:1, that is, on a daily basis. But we can generate reports like, “What happened in the week?” or “What happened in the month?” And of course, what happened in the course of the year?

Is there anything that excites you about Vertec?

I am certainly excited about the collaboration, the collaboration with the Vertec team. I think that’s really cool, because I can put it that way for us as a Swiss Company to create together with another Swiss Company, but ultimately a complex product and hand in hand and always pick up the phone, that’s what really excites me. That’s the way we treat each other.

How has Vertec made your day-to-day work easier?

Vertec makes this easier for us. It’s not just everyday life. I think it makes it possible. You have to imagine that, of course, we actually enter every minute that we create and produce, and that’s what we do with Vertec. That’s our tool, and people have now really incorporated it completely and made it easier. You can capture every minute, you can capture it in different ways. That’s a huge relief.

What do you think are the most powerful features?

As a lawyer, which I also create on my projects is simple. It’s really simple. I call up the case in Vertec and I enter the services I provide every day. As a managing director, as a managing partner, the evaluations I do are of course essential for me, so that I can actually keep up to the minute every day, every week, every month, every year. I can just tell where we stand? Where do we stand on each individual case, if I want to? But of course I am interested in the big picture and I can easily download it in Vertec with just a few clicks.
