At the beginning of 2021, BÖCKER ZIEMEN was sold by the German sales partner, the appGenerics GmbH , Vertec. Since then, management consultants have relied on the perfectly coordinated interaction of Vertec in the Cloud Suite and the Mailmonkey .
MailMonkey is an add-on specially developed for connection to Vertec by appGenerics for dispatching serial emails directly from Vertec.
With Vertec MailMonkey,
personalized emails can be sent directly from Vertec to external and internal recipients, either manually or automatically. No additional email program is required. Template can be edited directly in the Vertec MailMonkey interface.

At the moment, BÖCKER ZIEMEN addresses around 1000 newsletter recipients. Not only do they receive the company newsletter regularly, but BÖCKER ZIEMEN also sends invitations to events to its customers with the help of MailMonkey.
Customers can then register for such an event directly online.
The contacts recorded in this way via the BÖCKER ZIEMEN website are in turn automatically transmitted to Vertec and entered there in the corresponding, previously created keyword folders. Finally, an automated registration confirmation is sent to the participant.
