Overview absences

This application is an additional feature. The relevant config set can be found here.

Application

Importing this additional feature creates the Overview absences subfolder in the HR root folder under Controlling. You can filter this list by time period, teamleader and user.

The tooltip shows all absences, including hourly absences, for that day. By default, active absences are shown in green and planned (inactive) absences are shown in yellow.

By clicking on the button, the absence of that day is opened in a new tab. If several absences are entered on a day, a dialog shows with a corresponding list:

You can customize the colors of the absence types under Settings > Users in the Absence types folder. For an overview of all available colors, see list settings.

Requirements and download

Before importing the config set, we recommend you read the Key information about additional features article. Config sets modify data in Vertec, which can overwrite existing data.
