How this feature creates benefits
This feature allows you to work efficiently with freelancers in a legally compliant manner. It ensures that external costs are correctly booked internally without affecting enduser invoices, while reducing the administrative workload through automated invoicing processes.
Freelancers can enter services and expenses independently on projects without being granted access to confidential project information. Invoicing is done via credits to accounts payable, whereby costs are taken into account internally, but not passed on to end customers.

How it works
Basics and prerequisites
- Freelancers are handled like normal Vertec users, just with a checkbox “Freelancer” activated
- Own user group “Freelancer” with limited permissions available

- Easy entering of services and expenses directly on projects or project phases
- Overview of unpaid services and expenses in the HR folder “Freelancer”
Invoicing
- Activity of type “Creditor” with credit note is created
- Automatic invoicing for a selected period possible
- Related services and expenses laid out as expenses

Yes, this is possible. If, for example, several departments in your customer's company receive invoices from you, you may allocate different invoice addresses.

Performance reports can be created for individual or multiple employees. The Business Intelligence module offers customizable graphical views for this purpose.
Can invoices of suppliers be charged on to several customers or projects?
Yes, you can decide whether the invoice is either charged or forwarded directly.

You can either budget these as an overall line or allocate individual lines to several projects.
