Compliance screening

This application is an additional feature that implements a compliance screening via the external platform Company.info in addition to the person check in the KYC check.

Prerequisite

• To work with this additional feature, access to the platform Company.info is required. The license must include KYC Api.
• In Vertec, the additional feature KYC must already be imported. In addition, the editor users of the user group KYC checks must be assigned.

Application

In the system setting in the tab Address must first be in the field Compliance Prüfung API Key the API key of the Company.info platform are registered:

By importing the additional feature, the Examination Of Persons is changed around the button Compliance Prüfung and add the following to the section on penalties:

The compliance check can only be performed if both the first and last name of the person or contact are present. It can provide the following results:

Case 1:

No entries were found. Result can be saved.

Case 2:

a person has been found and checked. You can choose whether to perform a detailed check or save the person as no PEP.

Case 3:

Multiple entries will be found. All persons will be listed.

Case 4:

The audited person is related to a politically exposed person.

In each case, the fields are automatically populated and the results are remarked in the comments on the More Info pagesave

Requirements and Download
