BI Revenue share

This Additional Feature allows the evaluation and presentation of the revenue share of employees on employee billed services. Service download of the corresponding config set can be found here config set.

Application

By importing the additional feature, the field is displayed on the user on the Accounting page Umsatzbeteiligung added. All users for which a value is entered here are displayed in the root HR folder in the subfolder with user:

In the Bi module, the BI measures and Realize revenue share can be evaluated, which services represent the revenue shares of the editor users based on their billed services:

• Umsatzbeteiligung represents the expected revenue share in the event that all invoiced services are serviced. The calculation is as follows:  

Umsatzbeteiligung = [extern verrechnete Leistungen] × [Umsatzbeteiligungs-%]

• Umsatzbeteiligung realisiert represents the revenue share based on already paid services and downpayments – these therefore appear in the BI only at the time of payment or, payment in the case of advance payments, as soon as they have been charged invoiced and paid services on an invoice with services. The calculation is as follows:

Umsatzbeteiligung realisiert = [extern verrechnete Leistungen] × [Umsatzbeteiligungs-%] × [% des bezahlten Betrags der Rechnung] 

The following criteria apply:

• In the calculation, only cleared invoices are taken into account, which include the services of the respective user and whose invoice date is within the BI period.  
• Services of a date outside the BI period are also taken into account if the invoice date is within the period.
• Downpayments shall only be taken into account if they are paid and invoiced to an invoice which includes services.
• Outlays and expenses are not taken into account for the revenue share.
  (Note: Since the calculation of  Umsatzbeteiligung realisiert(see above) refers to the total amount of the invoice, it is reduced in the case of Partial Payments – even if the service portion has already been paid in full – since expenses and outlays are taken into account but are not relevant to commission.)

Note: The data is automatically updated daily by the planned task BI Recalculation Measures. In order for the manually triggered to be displayed after importing the config set, the scheduled task must be initiated manually.

Examples

Below are two possible representations in the same month:

1. In the month of July invoices were invoiced up created and settled.
2. Three invoices have already been invoiced in the same month.

In the next example, enter services in August on the COMINSTALL project.

• 1 At the end of the month, project invoice is invoiced on the projectcreated which includes the services of Christopf Keller. The invoice is settled charged visible on the blue bar – which shows the expected revenue share.    
• 2a The entire invoice was paid in the same month or a paid payment was entered in Vertec payment entering orange bar appears next to the blue bar.
• 2b The invoice is paid in the next month. The realized revenue share is visible by the orange bar:
