SQL search dialog for project references

For project references (e.g. the project on services, expenses and outlays) a Sql folder with a search dialog can be configured and stored as a template. When searching via button with the three dots this folder is displayed folder instead of showing standard Vertec project search.

You create such a template folder by creating an SQL folder, defining the desired search fields and setting the List Settings in it so that they are suitable for the project search.  

It is important that as a class Projekt or Project is registered and the option Suchdialog anzeigen is activated.

The SQL folder is defined in the system settings project/case > Template folder for project search:

In the List Settings for project fields, the ControledtProjekt when you click on the three dots, this folder is automatically shown:

When the dialog opens, the list shows the projects on which the user has entered services within the last month.

Only projects are displayed or found for which the logged-in user is allowed to enter.
