At KINAST, the implementation is the responsibility of the boss. The new CRM and ERP software should combine the tasks of the previous CRM and the tool for project management.

Of course, the ability to act on a mandate had to be guaranteed. Different legal units should be able to act on a case. An important parameterisation for KINAST was carried out in the invoicing process. At the beginning of the month, flat-rate payments for a fixed number of quantities should be invoiced at customer level in advance. If more hours were worked at the end of the month, this should be shown and it should be charged to charge additionally on an hourly basis.
User rights were also required, which can be distributed according to the case. Far controlling, such as a forecast list and a plan vs actual comparison, were also implemented. Parameterization of Vertec at KINAST has not yet been completed and will be implemented in ongoing operations. Various quotation templates, simple entering and billing of travel expenses, and approval processes via Phone App are on the agenda. Vertec is already relieving the workload of KINAST’s more than 40 attorneys, business lawyers and TÜV-certified data protection officers.
