This feature helps you check the presence time rules and recording differences of your employees
This feature helps your company comply with legal and internal working time requirements. Configurable rules for breaks, maximum presence times and rest periods ensure that employees work in compliance with the law. Deviations are automatically detected and visualized.
The rule review ensures transparency and legal certainty in the recording of working time. Managers gets a quick overview of possible violations, while employees can be notified directly and alerted to deviations. The evaluation shows whether all employees comply with their presence time rules. The following applies:
Team leaders with appropriate user rights can see the data of their team, filter by employee or time period, and report violations to employees immediately via a button. Tool tips provide direct information about the violated rule.
