Check presence time rules

This feature helps you check the presence time rules and recording differences of your employees

How this feature creates benefits

This feature helps your company comply with legal and internal working time requirements. Configurable rules for breaks, maximum presence times and rest periods ensure that employees work in compliance with the law. Deviations are automatically detected and visualized.

The rule review ensures transparency and legal certainty in the recording of working time. Managers gets a quick overview of possible violations, while employees can be notified directly and alerted to deviations. In addition to legal certainty, the accuracy of internal time and time tracking is also ensured.

  • Automatic checking of working time and break regulations
  • Clear evaluations and notifications in case of rule violations
  • Comparison of presence times with recorded services to avoid discrepancies

How it works

Administrators can configure attendance time rules in the settings section under “user”. These rules are based on the German Working Hours Act by default, but can be flexibly adapted. The following rule types are available:

  • Break regulation: verification that the prescribed breaks have been observed.
  • Maximum presence time: Limit the maximum working time per day, month or year.
  • Rest period: ensuring the statutory rest period between work assignments.

The rules can be defined for specific user groups, e.g. depending on location or age. In addition, individual notification texts can be defined.

Evaluation of attendance time rules

The evaluation shows whether all employees comply with their presence time rules. The following applies:

  • Green marking: All rules have been respected.
  • Red flag: A rule has been violated or there is no attendance record.

Team leaders with appropriate user rights can see the data of their team, filter by employee or time period, and report violations to employees immediately via a button. Tool tips provide direct information about the violated rule.

Differences in coverage

In addition, it is checked whether the recorded presence times correspond to the recorded services of the employees. Inconsistency is also highlighted in color and can be addressed directly via notification. This allows inconsistencies to be detected and corrected at an early stage.
