Activity types

Activity types are used to categorize activities. You can enter new activity types under Settings > CRM > Activity types.

You can assign the various types to the activities:

You can filter the activities in the activity lists by activity type:

In addition, you can use activity types to filter the activities accordingly and show them in separate folders, for example.

In the example above, wrapper link types are created for the required activity types. The wrapper link type for the folder Documents (activities with type Document) looks like this, for example:
