Project expenses without accounts payable

The procurement & purchases module complements your financial accounting. Vertec covers project-specific outlays, such as third party services, material or licenses directly in the project context.

Budgeting before the invoice arrives

An outlay can already be created when the order is accepted. This means that the external effort (e.g. freelancer or specialist lawyer) is immediately visible in the project budget.
