In this case, we further develop the custom-made solution so it becomes a generic, standardized feature that can also be used in other contexts and be adapted by many. This process includes project management and development cycles before the new feature is made available as a free download for all users.

The result is a valuable, standardized feature that meets the needs of our customers in about 80 % of the cases. If necessary, this feature can also be customized quickly and cost-effectively to meet even more specific requirements.
