In the project, you simply define which fields are needed and what they should be called. If a field is not filled in, it does not appear on the invoice. The result: a single template that fits every customer.

Multi-level discounts without chaos

Whether special discount, warranty retention or safety retention, the engineering industry knows many variants. Vertec maps them all. Discounts can be predefined for each project and overridden on the invoice.

Retention of warranty: keep track

What is agreed at the start of the project should also be reclaimed at the end of the project. Vertec displays outstanding warranty reservations in a comprehensive list. Once the project is complete, the entry disappears automatically.
