Commercial law firm Bratschi AG now relies on Vertec

Vertec understands law firms: Bratschi AG, another leading and fast-growing business law firm in Switzerland, has decided to support implementation of our Lawyer Software. With Vertec, the full-service law firm wants to digitize and optimize mandate management, efficiency and internal processes.

“Vertec knows the working methods of large law firms from many years of customer experience. The lawyer software also covers special requirements such as profit splitting, opening mandates and split invoices. This made it easy for us to choose the business software from Zurich,” explains Dr. Simon Osterwalder, Managing Partner of Bratschi AG.

For the responsible Vertec project manager, Urs Osterhellweg, the approach of a pre-project has proven itself: “With a manageable service effort, we were able to work out a tailor-made implementation concept and a solid project basis together with the customer.”

More than 85 lawyers and notaries advise national and international companies, private individuals and the public sector at Bratschi. The full-service law firm operates six branches in the major economic centres of Switzerland – Basel, Berne, Lausanne, St. Gallen, Zug and Zurich. Bratschi AG has notaries in the Basel, St. Gallen and Zug branches. The focus of its work is on commercial and tax law as well as on consulting medium-sized companies.

Vertec is being introduced at Bratschi in combination with the document management system (DMS) M-Files. Lean Business AG is responsible for the introduction of M-Files. Martin Fricker, Managing Director of Lean Business, is clear: “The Vertec M-Files connector we have developed creates great added value for lawyers by linking the two software worlds together.” This enables the successful law firm to further increase its efficiency and transparent in document management and digitization.
