What makes Vertec different from other business software solutions?

I think the flexibility of the tool is extremely important. It has a good connection to other tools that we also have in use. And it really gave us the opportunity to migrate all the existing solutions that we had to Vertec.

What distinguishes working with Vertec sales partners Lean Business?

I think it is a very trusting and personal bond that we have built over the years. The people at Lean Business understand what we need from Vertec and are willing and able to implement it accordingly.

How has Vertec made your day-to-day work easier?

We have certainly become more efficient, but we have also sought to have a tool with which we can develop more evaluation options. We have developed these partly with Vertec, partly as key measures with Lean Business, and partly ourselves. And we are certainly now much closer to the possibility of seeing directly in real time where we stand, how we are developing and where there might be new challenges in individual projects.

Is there anything that excites you about Vertec?

For us, it is extremely important to be able to set up a large number of companies under one client. We already have a number of companies ourselves, and employees can now open and post projects directly with the respective legal entity. This makes it much easier: We no longer have to issue internal invoices throughout the Avanta Group, which has made things much easier.

In which areas does Vertec support you the most?

That we can work very flexibly – across all locations and across all legal entities.

Which features are most used in your company?

I think the evaluation tools are very good. But the quick enter of services also works very well. For example, for those who are not familiar with this, there is a kind of stopwatch function that you can start. Even if you let the project run longer, as soon as you complete the recording, the clock stops, and that actually works great.

What custom features have you implemented in Vertec?

In particular, metrics tools that were developed with us at the beginning and which, to be fair – some of them by Vertec itself – were applied into the general releases at a later stage, because we saw that Vertec can also use this for other customers. And I think that’s a very sensible process.
