A separate entry is created for each audit, which guides the responsible employees step by step through the decision-making process. The structured question logic helps to process all required due diligence in a complete and consistent manner.
Each question answered is automatically tracked with user, date and time. If answers are modified during the course of the process, the application also documents these changes and adjusts the order of processing accordingly. This means that it is always clear how the check result came about.
After completing all the necessary verification steps, you confirm that the GwG examination has been carried out correctly. This confirmation can only be made once and prevents subsequent changes at the conclusion of the examination. Additional Information or remarks can be documented independently.
The GwG check can be combined with the additional KYC feature. If the check shows that a GwG obligation exists, a KYC check can be created immediately. This allows legal identification and due diligence obligations to be processed in a continuous process without media disruption.
All performed GwG audits are assigned to the respective project or case. There, among other things, the creation date, the responsible user and the result of the audit can be seen.
