AI Chatbot terms of use

The AI chatbot on vertec.com is able to answer a variety of questions. As with all AI solutions, however, the statements should be taken with caution. For the following topics, the answers of the chatbot are only to be seen as a rough orientation according to our experience:

  • Questions about prices and other contractual issues
  • Questions about individual Vertec installations
  • SQL, OCL and XML code

In no case are the chatbot’s answers to terms and conditions, data protection and contracts binding.

Basically, this is possible for SQL, OCL, and XML. However, the AI chatbot only knows the Vertec Knowledge Base and website as a source. So the scope of knowledge for SQL, OCL, and XML is very limited. From experience, answers are often incorrect in the context of these programming languages.

No, this is not possible. The AI chatbot draws the know-how from the Vertec knowledge base. Access to Vertec installations does not exist. Any adjustments to individual installations are outside the scope.

The AI chatbot uses the entire website vertec.com as a source. The Vertec knowledge base with around 600 articles is the foundation for the chatbot’s know-how.
