Settings

Just as you can add additional, basic scripts to your Vertec with the “Basic Scripts” additional featureon, you can add different filters and list settings to the folder of the same name using the “Settingssetting additional feature-on.

For example, the Link Types and Report Templates subfolders are supplemented by a search that allows you to search for names, classes, exact terms or only for active link types or report templates. Information about temporal changes is clearly displayed separately. In the User Groups folder, customized list settings provide information about where user rights are granted, settings are present, absences are entered or specific root folders are assigned.

The additional feature makes changes to the following subfolders of the settings folder:

• Link types
• Report templates
• User groups
• Scripts
• Custom fields
• Class Settings

Most of the list settings concern the Vertec “Expert” product line, but this additional feature can also be used with the “Standard” product line.
