How this feature creates benefits
The Vertec feature tasks and deadlines allows the creation and management of user tasks on project or project phase level, as well as the automatic execution of recurring processes such as re-indexing, calculations or data checks.
In addition, reminders can be set up to alert users of upcoming tasks which facilitates system administration and increases process reliability.

How it works
Purpose and fields of application
Scheduled tasks are used to automate regular processes without manual workload. Typical examples include weekly full-text re-indexing, updating BI metrics, or performing data verification. This ensures system stability and data consistency.
Setup and management
Administrators can set up scheduled tasks in the system, define schedules and intervals within which a task should be executed (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). Each task can be started manually at any time.
Reminders
Reminders automatically appear as notifications in the system, alerting relevant users of upcoming and due tasks, preventing critical processes from being missed or running late. Reminders can be customized and addressed to specific users or user groups.

Can I access the customer history to see always the latest status?
If you update your customer history in Vertec, you can view it at any time. The history is filterable and is displayed either in an entire list or as a cluster of activities such as emails or phone calls. We call this the activity feed. Full-text search allows all authorized persons to search content stored in Vertec, including emails. With the Outlook AppOutlook App, you can see the activity feed of a contact directly in Outlook.
Can I create internal tasks with appropriate deadlines?
You can create tasks for yourself or other employees directly in Vertec and link them to internal projects, for example. A deadline can be created for each task or the task can be created as recurring.
Can I view the tasks of my employees?
Yes, you can manage and evaluate all tasks for your team in Vertec. In addition to their own tasks, you can define which user can view tasks of other employees via the general user rights system in Vertec.
Do deletion periods or deletion concepts on behalf of Vertec as a company or the software itself exist?
You can create or have deletion concepts created in Vertec to suit your requirements, e.g. set up search folders to search for all contacts/persons with whom you have not been in touch for more than x months, classify contacts into categories, etc.
