How Resource Planning with User Assignment Works
Planning with user phase links
Open a project phase, add the employees involved and define the start date, end date and effort budget (e.g. hours) for each assignment. These details can deviate from the phase dates and control the individual utilization.
Display and rules
Distribution: Evenly from start to end date per assignment; intervals (day/week/month) are divided accordingly.
Note: Only assignments with budget and start and end dates appear in resource views and utilization graphs.
Data entry: Budgeted values are only maintained in the assignments; pivots/times are not intended for planning in this mode.

If you update your customer history in Vertec, you can view it at any time. The history is filterable and is displayed either in an entire list or as a cluster of activities such as emails or phone calls. We call this the activity feed. Full-text search allows all authorized persons to search content stored in Vertec, including emails. With the Outlook AppOutlook App, you can see the activity feed of a contact directly in Outlook.
