Enter and manage absences
Employees your employees’ availability, standard hours, holidays and absences transparently in one system. With Vertec, you can define individual standard hours and evaluate them globally and for each employee. Predefined absences such as weekends, holidays or breaks are automatically entered.
Leave management made easy: If you enter an employee’s employment level of less than 100 percent in the basic settings, that employee automatically receives an adjusted holiday credit. An Excel list gives you an overview of all taken and planned holidays. In order to enter statutory holidays correctly, you can import them individually by cantonal state or federal state using an Excel list. In Vertec, you can also define overall basic settings for weekly working hours (standard hours). Individual exceptions for individual employees or entire groups can be easily created and assigned.
Use customizable notifications in Vertec, so you don't miss activities such as absence approval requests.
You can evaluate working hours entered in the benefit recording. For example, an overview of all recorded services, a monthly monitoring of an employee, a weekly overview, an overview of presence times, overtime or holiday credit.
