As a small company, we evaluated software that was right for us. We chose Vertec because it seemed to be the best fit for us.
As an engineering firm, we have individual requirements for solutions. And Vertec can provide these opportunities: appropriate support and the ability to adapt to our needs. That is actually the main reason why we chose this system.
Adaptable, functional and usable for our needs. And above all, I would like to point out that we can entered and evaluate everything in one system. So I no longer have extensions between different systems.
Basically, we saw a major benefit in eliminating the extensions. We used to have several systems, and the investment in Vertec also required a lot of considerations, especially commercial ones. We fully recouped the hours of implementation of Vertec in the first year – by eliminating the extensions and by reentered services more consistently and not lost services. In this sense, it was very positive and very successful from the cost side.
This adaptability to our needs is certainly the best indicator of this. In addition, it is important to highlight the support we now receive. It is very well suited to our needs and is optimally met.
Keep it up! It is a clear recommendation. Vertec is very well suited for businesses. I do not like to use the word ideal, but we are not far from it.
