When invoicing, you can still edit the services to be invoiced, and you can invoice both at fixed prices and depending on expenditure (hours and material). The calculation is based either on a freely negotiable fee (according to hours or fixed price rate) or according to the Fee Regulations for Architects and engineers (HOAI), applicable in Germany. The basis for this is the fee tables and performance schedules of the HOAI 2009 and 2013.
The HOAI of 2021 also comes with your Vertec software. With the CRM and ERP software from Vertec, you remain flexible and securely positioned for the future. Because if necessary, future HOAI versions can be easily entered and existing ones adapted.
In order to perform a fee calculation according to HOAI, a project is created in Vertec. Phases can be created on the project, the so-called service phases. These correspond to the respective service profile provided by an engineer or an architect. Use of a calculation mask, the HOAI service phases are calculated based on the previously selected fee table. This mask can be adapted to your individual requirements (e.g. premiums and discounts) with little effort.
For your change or supplement management, you create several costings for a project or a service phase and then decide which one to apply. The chargeable costs can be stored in accordance with DIN 276 (cost framework, estimate, calculation, determination). Increase and discounts for repetitions can be added with little effort. The values of fixed-price phases or stored tariff tables can be overwritten subsequently.
Based on the calculation, you then create an offer with your individual offer template. The billing of services and lump sums is also done in Vertec. Thus, everything from the rates to invoicing is fully integrated in your Vertec. No customizing of your Vertec is required to invoice your engineering services is compliance to HOAI.
