Law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen relies on Vertec

Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner mbB, another leading German law firm, is now relying on Vertec. The Germany-based law firm operates internationally and currently employs more than 100 attorneys at law. Out of its offices in Freiburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Berlin, Brussels and Alicante, Friedrich Graf von Westphalen advises medium-sized companies as well as international corporations. By using Vertec, the law firm digitizes its mandate management and increases the efficiency of internal processes.

In a joint pre-project, the business law firm Vertec as law firm software was able to check the feasibility and handling of law firm software. Vertec has been in use since 2021.

"For lawyers, Vertec provides numerous core functionalities: revenue and profit distribution, the creation of split invoices, debt collection processes and the digital invoice process with the subsequent transfer of the data to financial accounting. In addition, we offer a conflict check and support lawyers in deadline monitoring and in scheduling”, says Reto Hofer, responsible project leader at Vertec.

"Time tracking and billing processes are much faster than before," states Dr. Lammel.
