Additional feature “Monthly Releases” – More transparency in performance recording

The additional feature implements a clear structure of the approval processes in the form of predefined lists for team leaders, project leaders and HR departments.

In Vertec, services, outlays, and absences can be approved by means of “approvals”. For those who want to use this function, the additional function provides additional features an uncomplicated overview of missing approvalsApprovals Folders and folders and the corresponding lists are automatically created, in which the approvals of team members are shown displayed, which has yet to be confirmed by the team leader.

Since approvals are separate objects in Vertec, they can be shown and filtered in folders and lists. For
example, HR departments, team leaders, and project managers receive lists in their workspace with the status of approvals from work services that are relevant to them.

This gives team leaders the opportunity to get an overview and control of pending approvals within their teams. If necessary, you can send release reminders as a notification at any time. Within this message, the user will be guided straight to the required approval via a double-click.

This allows project leaders to check before invoicing whether all work has been approved for the current month. In addition, HR also has an overview of all the teams’ approvals.  

If team members are on vacation, they can make their approvals manually before the end of the month. If the team leader is on vacation, he or she can appoint a deputy to confirm the approvals of his or her team. New services, expenses, and absences are automatically blocked for the approved month.

HR receives a binding confirmation that services, expenses and absences for the month have been fully entered and verified. Variable salary shares, vacation and overtime balances, services and expenses can now be invoiced.

There is nothing standing in the way of a clean monthly financial statement.
