Create, view and analyze corporate structures for ideal CRM performance
With corporate structures, you map group and company hierarchies in Vertec CRM. Based on the address types Company, Person and Contact, you link parent and subsidiaries and assign contact persons clearly. This gives you a transparent view of groups, locations and responsibilities.
Address management in Vertec has four types of addresses: person, company, contact (company + person) and couple. Company and Contact are particularly relevant for corporate structures. You can create new addresses using the menu button New Entry. You can update several addresses per address (e.g. headquarters and branches).
a parent-subsidiary relationship can be maintained on a company address. A company can have exactly one parent company, but any number of subsidiaries. After linking, the parent company folder appears on the daughter and the subsidiaries folder appears on the mother.
a contact bundles company and personal information. You either enter contacts directly at the company or link an existing personal address with the company. The latter is recommended if you maintain several relationships with one person or need additional information such as home address and phone number.
The standard address of the company is automatically applied to the contact. Additional or different addresses are selected as secondary addresses. The communication channels of the company and the person are shown.
Each address entry can be assigned a project user as an advisor. The advisor automatically displays the “managed addresses” folder. This allows you to manage responsibilities for companies, groups or accounts and make the responsibilities transparent.
Depending on the address type, additional fields such as department, position, date of incorporation, VAT, customer number or bank details are available. If you need a field on a different address type, this can be customized.
Thanks to the clear relationships, you can create evaluations at the group, company or contact level, make responsibilities visible and direct targeted communication to the correct units.

Activity Feed, Contacts and companies
Vertec offers extensive customization options to optimally implement your processes. Custom fields can be created and used for customer management, among other things.
If you update your customer history in Vertec, you can view it at any time. The history is filterable and is displayed either in an entire list or as a cluster of activities such as emails or phone calls. We call this the activity feed. Full-text search allows all authorized persons to search content stored in Vertec, including emails. With the Outlook AppOutlook App, you can see the activity feed of a contact directly in Outlook.
You can document your appointments in Vertec. To do this, create activities and assign them to a project, a company or a contact. If necessary, you can create tasks with a due date and a responsible user.
Yes, with the Vertec Outlook AppOutlook App, you can assign mails directly to projects or contacts. These are linked in Vertec and automatically saved in the document storage. With the full text search, emails stored in Vertec can be searched by all authorized persons.
