How this feature creates benefits
The feature “E-Invoice Templates” allows you to create structured e-invoices compliant to the German standards ZUGFeRD and XRechnung directly in Vertec. This feature helps you to meet legal requirements, in particular the e-invoicing obligation in Germany from 2025 (receipt) and from 2028 (dispatch).
By using pre-defined, customizable templates, the invoice creation process is standardized and simplified which saves you time, helps reduce errors while it increases the traceability of invoices. E-invoices can be created directly from Vertec and sent to customers without additional software or manual conversions.
How it works
With this feature, e-invoices compliant to mentioned standards can be created directly in Vertec within just a few clicks. Pre-defined and customizable report templates are available, which determine how invoice contents are displayed and grouped. The output format (PDF+XML or XML) can be set in the system settings. The creation process is conveniently done by clicking on the Actions menu of an invoice.

Can I save visit reports in the system and link them to following tasks?
You can document your appointments in Vertec. To do this, create activities and assign them to a project, a company or a contact. If necessary, you can create tasks with a due date and a responsible user.
Is Vertec a suitable billing software for service providers?
Yes, because Vertec has been developed specifically for service providers. When invoicing, you can still edit the services to be invoiced, and you can invoice both at fixed prices and depending on expenditure (hours and material). Of course, you can also invoice travel expenses and other expenses, too.
Can I create different templates, for example, per field of business?
Yes, this is possible. You can link the reports saved in Vertec to different conditions and thus automatically use the appropriate templates for a specific field of business. This is very helpful for completion of recurring tasks.
Can I also create individual templates?
Yes, you can add Word or Excel templates to Vertec, customize or expand them independently.
